Terms & conditions
Draft version: October 19, 2026. Intended operating location: California, United States. “We” and “our” refer to the operator whose verified legal identity must be inserted before public launch.
1. The service
The current free preview converts supported still images locally in your browser. Supported formats, size limits and known conversion constraints appear in the converter. Pro, Business and API descriptions are plans, not available products or guaranteed delivery commitments.
2. Your files and permission
You retain your rights in your files and converted outputs. Use only files you own or have permission to process, including any required permission for personal information. You authorize only the technical processing needed to perform the conversion you request. This does not transfer ownership or grant advertising or AI-training rights in your files.
3. Responsible use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, attack the service, circumvent access controls, or misrepresent your authority to use files. Paid accounts, when launched, will be for adults able to enter a binding contract or authorized business representatives.
4. Output quality and backups
Keep original files and verify results before relying on them. Conversion may change size, colors, transparency or fidelity and does not preserve original metadata, HDR, depth, bursts or animation. We do not guarantee every codec, format or device will work. This preview is not a records archive or a service for decisions where conversion errors could cause injury or material harm.
5. Payment and availability
No subscriptions, trials, purchases or renewals are offered in this preview. Before paid service starts, checkout must state the legal seller, benefits, total price, taxes, currency, billing frequency, renewal conditions, cancellation process and applicable refund rights. There is no agreement to pay merely by viewing these pages.
6. Service changes and suspension
We may change the free preview or restrict access to address security issues, unlawful use or operational needs. Any future paid-service change, suspension or discontinuation must respect applicable notice, refund and consumer obligations. Material policy changes will have a dated version and appropriate notice before taking effect where required.
7. Warranties and liability — proposed wording
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free preview is supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility or error-free output. To that extent, we exclude indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free preview. These provisions do not exclude or limit liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies, fraud, willful misconduct or other protected liability. No paid-service liability cap, indemnity or dispute waiver has been finalized.
8. Law and disputes — pending review
California is the intended operating jurisdiction. A final governing-law clause and dispute process require review. Nothing in the final terms should deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts provided by applicable law. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is introduced by this draft.
9. Contact and operator
Legal entity, service address and monitored support/privacy contact are not configured. See Support. These items must be completed before treating this draft as customer terms.
